Week 5 Day 1 - Tuesday, Feb 10 - Homework

Intermediate Section

1. Work on revising Proj 1 layout designs based on today's class critique. All design choices should be finalized by the start of next class (image slicing and web document creation should start in class on Thur, Feb 12)

It is highly recommend you all browse though the sample foundation based website designs that introduced in previous class group discussions

Find a foundation based website you admire, and begin listing out web design principle observations regarding compositional layout, visual hierachy, uses of color (how many colors in total, when a color is used, why a color is used, contrast between foreground and background colors), legibility, etc. As a student designer, it is important to analyze how and why design choices are made, as this process will insight and inform your strategies and methodologies as a developing designer.
